When I first started out on my experience of buying a diamond engagement ring I was overwhelmed. I'm the type of person that likes to research every little aspect of a purchase, especially important ones. I wanted something classic but different enough that it would fit my fiance perfectly. Ron was very patient with me throughout the entire process and helped me pick out the perfect ring. The staff is very personable and do not push the sale as other jewelers did. They truly made my experience as easy as possible. Also, my fiance had to get the ring resized and Elan was able to get this completed and back to her within a few days. Robbie and I went the non-traditional route and looked at engagement rings together. I did tons of research and searched everywhere, retail stores and online. I wanted a setting that was truly unique. We found that at Alexa Rose! No other store compared in price, quality, and experience. We never felt rushed or the pressure to buy from Alexa Rose. Elan made everything easy and we enjoyed viewing the jewelry in a comfortable, private setting. Elan said that they will do whatever it takes to make sure we are happy and satisfied with our purchase. He stayed true to his word. After the sale was final, we never felt like they no longer cared about us. I have received so many compliments on my ring. The cut is beautiful and it sparkles from every angle. We referred our friends and my brother recently purchased his engagement ring there. We are customers for life!

I had a wonderful experience buying a diamond engagement ring from Alexa Rose. The staff was honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In the end they helped me pick out a diamond that was every bit as beautiful as what I thought I wanted initially, but substantially less expensive. I couldn't recommend this place more.
